I’m currently in rehearsals for Jagged Little Pill
with Rose Theatrics, where I play Nick Healy.
The show is inspired by the music of Alanis
Morissette and dives into a lot of real,
complicated topics about family, identity,
pressure, and growing up. Nick is such an
interesting character because on the surface
he seems confident and put together, but
there’s a lot happening underneath that. It’s
been a really rewarding role to explore
emotionally and vocally, and getting to tell
this story with such a passionate cast and
creative team at Rose Theatrics has been an
incredible experience. 🩵🎸

Hi! I’m Colin Campbell, and I am a 21 year old Non-Union musical theatre performer based in the Chicagoland area. I’m a high-energy actor with a bright pop tenor sound and a love for roles that mix humor with honesty. I care a lot about how a story feels inside the room, and I try to bring openness and focus into every rehearsal and performance.
Most people know me for being adaptable and easy to work with. I’m the person who dives in, pays attention to detail, and supports the world of the show however I can. I connect strongly with ensemble-driven storytelling and characters who carry a mix of charm and vulnerability.
I’m always growing, always learning, and always excited about the next project. Thanks for taking the time to be here and check out my work.

I’ve grown into a performer who really loves being part of a room where everybody is building something together. Ensemble work has shaped me more than anything. I’ve learned how much freedom and creativity you can bring into those moments that might seem small on paper but end up being huge in the story. I used to think being in the ensemble meant I wasn’t ready for anything bigger, but now I see how wrong that was. It’s where I found my confidence, my movement style, and the part of myself that loves connecting with people onstage.
Every show I’ve done has pushed me in a different direction. Some helped me find strength in my acting, some helped me open up vocally, and some let me discover new things about my dancing. I love doing work that makes me feel something real and gives me chances to grow, even when it scares me a little. Those are the moments that stick with me and remind me why I keep doing this.

Outside of performing, I’m usually playing piano or singing just to unwind. Music has always been a place where I can reset, and I’ve been getting really excited about moving into songwriting and doing more solo performances. I want to share my voice in a way that feels personal and honest, and I’m slowly building the confidence to step into that space.
I also spend a lot of time stage managing, which has taught me so much about leadership, communication, and how a rehearsal room actually breathes. Being in that role gives me a totally different perspective on storytelling, and it’s made me a stronger performer too. I love being someone people can rely on, and I try to bring that same energy no matter which side of the table I’m on.
When I’m not doing any of that, I’m with friends, taking little mental breaks, or just living life and trying to enjoy the moments that feel real. My biggest goal is to share my uniqueness with the world in a way that actually feels like me; whether it’s onstage, backstage, at a piano, or anywhere creativity pulls me next.
